Default where is my oil going?

I have a 94 b18c1 in a 5th gen hatch and im loosing oil like crazy. Its not leaking so it must be burning it, but there is no white smoke coming out. I dont have a cat on and im running little rich so i get black smoke when i really get on it.
Checked the oil yesterday and it was normal. Used nitrous a couple times and drove around for a few, then this morning i checked it again and it was empty. Had to put a quart in to to get it to normal level.
Anyone had this problem before??? Please hepl if you know whats u. Thanks.

Are you running synthetic oil? If so, it is not as easy to see it through smoke coming out of the exhaust even when you are burning it, in my experience. However, I never burned oil at the rate you seem to be. If it isn't leaking from the pan or filter, then it is going into the combustion chamber by the rings or through the valve seals. One of those two spots is likely to be your problem, and I'm sure you know already which will be more expensive to fix.

Im running 5w-30 and the motor was rebuilt 3500 miles ago. It has new pistons and rings. The guy who rebuilt it said it might be because of running rich and the fuel might be soaking the cylinder walls, there fore leaking oil into the chamber. I know i need a valve job done on the head but dont know if thats the problem.

Do a compression and leak down test. Those 2 will definitely isolate the problem.

take your car to the dyno. 42.5-52.5 for the GSR/ITR is stock fuel pressure.
if you are spraying and losing that much oil, you might have piston rings that have not seated properly. did you spray while breaking in the car? how did you run the motor in? id hate to point fingers, but when your motor was apart was the time to replace valve seals...
