Default when I turn

it is not a clicking noise...did a search and all that came up was axels clicking

when i give it a quick jerk or turn all the way it sometimes makes a loud thump or bang.
any ideas? also i hear this annoying squeeking from the front and rear strut towers...you think lube the bushings? ideas on that? and while im posting every time i hit a bump the exhaust makes all this bumping noise in the rear..i replaced all the rubber hangers w/ ones from pep boys but i dont know???suggestions?

any help especially in the turning problem would be greatly appreciated
thanks

About the loud bang, are you sure its not the axle ? Put your car in reverse and go around in circles, if its the axles you will hear it. If its not the axles it almost sounds like a bad engine mount. Do you hear this sound any other time ? About the noise, just lube the bushings up and that should take care of it. And the muffler sound, how are you heat shields holding up ? Sounds like they could be a little loose.

crx.....no heat shields on the car except the one on top of the cat. the noise is comming from the rear where the muffler is.

really think its the axles? i was told it might be a tie rod bushing...thoughts on that

but thanks for the input so far

The pop could also be dry ball joints
