I have posted almost 40 times and have been on here for like two weeks. Evrytime I come on here screens popup saying I dont have permission to use IM. That sucks. I see people with less post than me say member on their profile. what is the deal?

 

I think you have to be there for about 2 weeks. I don't know....

 

I thought it was a month, with a certain numbeer of post...

The new member feture was designed to protect the member, member were recieving ad's VIA: the IM feture this was the reason that feature was disabled

 

I've had the same issue. I don't mind paying my dues to become a full-fledged member, but the popup reminder that I cannot use IM is extremely annoying. Is there a way around this?

heh that damn im screen pisses me off i tried iming somebody and now it will not go away!

wait 3 or 4 more days and you should be one. basically, 14 days and you're a full member if i recollect correctly.

 

Can I IM a new member?
If you go to there profile there is the IM button. So will they get it?
My friend just signed up and I sent him a few IM's and he said he did not get them. He is new to computers so I don't know if it's the system or my buddy?
