Default wheel stud

Im in a crisis, please help. First off, one my tire was slashed. So, I tried to put the spare tire. While I was trying to remove the lugnuts two of my wheel studs broke. Can someone help how do I replace the wheel studs.
I appreciate any kind of help I can get.

i say save the trouble and take it to the shop, you can buy the stud yourself instead of them charging you more for one...torque wrench is your friend
