Default whats wrong with my car!?

what is wrong with my car if the idle is set at 1.5 or 2krpm. i clean the IAC and the throttle body but that **** still idle high. tighten up the throttle all the way. here what it does. if i was on 3rd gear like at 15mph it will increase mph by itself slowly. what wrong with it? do i need a new IAC unit?
no misfire or anything...just to be clear in future...if peep ask....its a b18c turbo. im going to upload the video in a bit.

heres the video...its showing when its in gear then netural but it jump back up..just watch.....

Your in the right location about your IACV, sometimes the springs get stuck and it doesn't go back where it suppose to be, that's why your idle is high. I did cleaned mine, too, but still idle high, so I ended up replacing it. Then, when I started it up, the idle stays around 750-800 rpm.

so i need to replace my unit? thats like 300 bucks!! OWEEEE!!! or can i just adjust it? theres a star looking thing but dont know if they have the tools for it?

the guy who replied meant the FITV. It's right under your throttle body. A screw gets loosened over time and you just have to tighten it back up. You might as well clean your IACV. There should be a how-to in your car's make forum in the FAQ
