Default What's the difference? K swap

Hey guys I got a question
I know k20a2 type s is basically what every goes for on k swaps
They go for around 1700-2500

Why people don't get a k24a8 that go for 400-700
And use 1000 to sleeve and 1000 for rods and pistons
And then with 300-700 get a k20 head

Just a question.

they wouldnt have to worry about machine work, or bolts, or doing research to see what heads will work with the rod size, time without the car
