what would cause this? pic of pressure plate..
i just put this in two weeks ago.. my stage 3 did the same thing.. the tab on the pressure plate breaks off somehow. ? i know its a cheap brand but this i dont get . 
what does that tab do ?

those are the tabs that lift the preassure off the clutch when you step on the pedal. or if im not seeing right, those are the tabs that hold the plate in place that makes contact with the clutch
