what will happen

what would happen if u drop ur cat.. and run open header for a week will it mess any thing up on the car

Nope.

I heard in extreme cold weather you may not want to do that but were talking extreme.

It will be loud as all get out.

It will be loud as all hell like a rece car, i loved how my B18c idled with a DC JDM header but driving it was too loud and made mere vibrations than normal.
