I feel loved.

Anyway, I'm personally a fan of Castrol GTX, Honda motors love it for some odd reason. Royal Purple RP-21 is particularly good, but is also particularly expensive.

If it is freshly built use some kind of conventional oil for the first 3000 miles then switch to synthetic. All major brands are about the same so just go with whichever one you prefer, but make it synthetic.

Most B series motors have a bad habit of burning a good bit of most types of synthetic oil. In fact many engine builders recommend using a conventional oil in B series motors.

One of my good buddy's used to run Amsoil in his B16. He burned about a quart and a half in between oil changes. He switched to GTX and burned less than half a quart. My ITR motor went through 2 quarts of Mobil between every oil change, but it only consumed about half a quart of GTX, I later changed to RP-21 and didn't have any more oil consumption problems.

Yip, when I was using dino my oil levels never changed, I switched to synth and now have to add a quart every couple weeks if I am on the autobahn in vtec a lot.
