stock plugs for c1 is pfr6g-13 and c5 is pfr6g-11. isn't it on a sticker under your hood? excuse the ignorance, but i always read about people with heavily modded motors running the bkr7e. just curious, can someone quickly explain the reasoning behind this? thanks.

Someone told me that the bkr7e is colder spark plug and its good for turbo or SC, but not really good for all motor...

the colder plug helps combat detonation at high rpms. only those pushing 185 + to the wheels should use the 7.

I run the Bosch 4227 on my ls/vtec, isnt .044 gap alil too much considering its a plat. plug, I mean .044 is what they recommend on a copper plug

The sticker on the cam belt cover on my jdm integra SiVTEC says BKR 6E -N11 (11 being a 1.1mm gap which is 0.04330696inchs)

well i run bosch 4227 and i dont set the gap because of the fact that its a platinum plug that is supposedly pre-gapped at the factory. but for ngk bkr7en11 i had them at .044 where should they be set at for high comp engines?
