what size fuel pump do i need

what size fuel pump do i need
i can't figure out what size fuel pump i should get w/ my set-up i'm thinking 190 or 255 walbro pumps i think the 255hp would be to much so heres my set up
b16 head p/p w/ springs and retainers and itr intake manny but i want to get some skunk stage 1 cams
gsr block fully built w/ forged rods and pistons compression is 11.7.1
and i also have the following i/h/e timing gears i am going to and the following rc 310, v-afc, nx kit w/ 50 shot so what pump u think will be ideal for my st-up thanks in advance
