i got a 94 del sol with a d15b7 with a d16y8 head and a flowmaster mufler with a 2" inlet and 2" outlet, right now my car has dinky little 1.5" piping. i'm gona build custom exaust and save myself alot of money since i have all the tools.

anyways, my question is, would i notice a big differance between a 2" exaust and 2.25"?

Stick with the 2" for what you have, it will net you the most gains.
