what size are ARP nuts?
i have the 9mm ARP rod bolts for b18c1 engines. i figured it was metric, but i guess it isnt. 11mm was a little lose, and 10 mm didnt fit.
is it 3/8" or something?

yea 11mm fits but is kinda loose IMO.
AFAIK, ARP uses SAE, i just want to see if anyone else did it with SAE tools, the only thing that im comming up with thats inbetween 10 and 11mm is 13/32" which is eqivalent to like 10.3mm. is this the correct size?

Yes, as far as I know, ARP uses standard sizes. I know I used a standard size for my head studs (1/2 inch) and rod bolts. Unfortunately, I don't know what size it was. I forgot.
Can't you just try a size and see if it fits? I assume you have a set of standard sockets?

i dont have a set of std. 12pt sockets. i have no use for them. im just gonna buy the individual sockets for this. 1/2" 12pt for the head studs, and whatever the size rod bolt nuts are.

Yeah, you should actually get a set of standard ones. Never know when you'll need them.
Don't get a 12 point for the head studs. It's a 6 point bolt, and you don't want to risk stripping anything when you're messing with head bolts/studs. Also make sure it's a deep socket too. 6-point 1/2" deep socket for the ARP head studs =

ARP head stud bolts are 6 pt. At least that's what mine were.

what engine were yours for? were yours bolts or studs?
mine are definitely 12pt. i just looked at them in the package to double check.
