what to set cam gears too

Alright guys i have a b20 vtec with nitrous i had stock cam gears but just put adjustables what should i set them to that is safe with the nitrous.... or should i keep them at 0 0

Keep them at 0* until you get on a dyno. The dyno will be the only way to see where your power lies with the gears.
