What is the normal idle on a B16A2?

Ok heres a question. When I run my car, VTEC switch over is indicated by the stock tach to be at 5700RPM. Does that mean my tach is 200 RPM off??? If so, does that mean my tach should also be 200 rpm ahead at idle???

the stock tach gets more and more unaccurate at higher rpm's. it might be off by 10-30 rpm's @ idle... it could be off by 500-1000 after redline.... your idle rpm's are probably pretty accurate.
