what is needed to do a valve adjustment?
Bascilly are specialty tools needed, like the one Snap-On makes? And if they arent really needed, do they make the job that much easier it is worth it to buy them?
Any comments welcome...............TIA

Here's my valve adjustment article. The process will be the same.
Valve adjustment
The difference, is that the rocker arms are not deep within the head. It will be easier and not require any special tools other than the feeler guage.

yea valve adjustment on d series is quite simple. ratchet with sockets for crank pulley bolt and valve cover. small wrench to loosen/tighten bolt on rocker arm thing. flat head screwdriver to adjust. feeler gauge to check clearances. refer to manual for valve lash settings
