Found it! Here is the info if anyone is interested.
At present, the non-oriented high-carbon cold-rolled
steel sheets have been commercialized in grades from
S35C to SK5. Application is being promoted in multiple
directions from the viewpoints of excellent formability
and hardenability as well as uniform mechanical properties.
As examples, the S35C material is applied to the
one-piece drive plate with ring gear and SK5 in bearing
parts.
