Default what is max SAFE setting for TPS voltage?

i changed TB's on my zc today and my old tps was set at .57 v closed throttle and 4.71 WOT .. so i put the new tb and tps on and set it to .61 V closed and like 4.6 wot and when i drove around hard and stopped the car would smoke cause i guess too much fuel. so i lowered it back down to .57 how the old one was and its fine now. but i noticed car was a lil faster with the .61 so is .57 about the highest i should set it and be safe and have car not smoke ?
