I have a jdm J1 tranny, and i need a lsd, love the gearing of the tranny. ts just not hooking up though. Tranny is in great shape though no grinds or anything.
I have been told i can use the Quaife LSD for the 90-91 Teg LS (A1 tranny), in my JDM J1 tranny, is this true???

Im looking at Quaife because they have a lifetime warrenty and they arent the clutch style so they dont need much mainteance other then oil changes, is there anything else i should consider? Like a Kaaz, or something else. I have been told i shoudl just buy a Y1 tranny with factory LSD, but most of them trannys are beaten, grind, and have no warrenty's.

Now hows a Quaife compare against a stock LSD that come in the Y1's?

Im looking at the Quaife, best price i can find is from camp1230 and theve got em for 880 shipped.
