What looks wrong here?
Dude! You're head's gone! Probably no compression to burn off the fuel that comes in. Looks like the fuel just puddles in the valve reliefs, making it run uber rich.
At second glance, looks like you've got some passages blocked on the right, but I can't be sure without my glasses.

It looks good top of pistons look normal, that black color on them is due to either oil burning or fuel system rich. It looks normal. I would check the top of the cylinder walls to see if you can feel a ridge. other wise looks good.
