what kind of engine is this?? B18a/b or b20
the guy claims its a obd1 b18a, except the valve cover says b20b, and its definately not a b18a valve cover(no ridges)

b18a's are OBD 0. maybe he meant its a b18a with obd 1 components, but if your planning on smogging your car, you wont pass with that motor in an OBD 1 car.

The intake man. looks like a b18a. maybe he converted the motor to obd1
and maybe he just has a b20 valve cover.
tell him to take a pic of where the engine code is.
