I have a 98 civic with 98 projector headlights......what HID kit fits this? H4?H3?....what is the best bang for the buck and where to get it? looking to spend around $350 or less shipped. 4300K-6000K ballast

 

You're gonna have to use the H4 bulbs. Keep in mind though that HID systems are now illegal in the states if they did not come factory (made for) your car by the manufacturer. If you do decide to get them, your projectors are gonna draw out alot of visible color from the HID. Just to be safe, I'd get a lower temp HID so not too much attention is drawn to you. But if you want it...

 

Usually with projectors you have to use an h3 bulb. You can buy HID kits that have this type of bulb. No offence, but projectors for "our" cars are not like good oem ones. They actually hinder the amount of light that you will get out of the kit. You will however get a nice light pattern (flat line) with no light scatter. The projectors on average make the light seem more blue, so maybe go with a 4300k kit.
