Default What head should I use?

Ok, well, I was given a Y5 block that I am going to strip down and completely rebuild inside and out, even customize the block, then adapt my GReddy turbo. Why am I choosing the SOHC block? Because B16's are something I've already had, getting bored of, too common and, I've grown to prefer the low end torque of a SOHC.

I'm piecing this one together a little at a time. The block will undergo ARIAS Racing Pistons, piston rings, Eagle rods, custom sleeved block, bearings , bore, hone, step decked, resurfaced, and hot tank the block.

Anyway, I have an existing Z6 head, and I also have a Y8 head as well, that I was going to use for my Mini-Me that I decided not to do on my old CRX.

My question: Which of the 2 heads should I use based on the flow design of the heads?

Either of the ones I choose, (with help from my fellow Honda freaks), I will be going with a full valvetrain upgrade. Square Port head for maximum flow. Port/polish. 3 angle valve job, new seals, resurface and hot tank. Performance valvesprings and titanium retainers. Stainless steel valves and race cam.

After this, I'll begin to upgrade the turbo I currently have, but for now, motor is getting full attention.
