Does the ecu power up, can be checked by checking 5v reference on tps or map sensor when key. (II) on

I am getting voltage to the tps sensor but on the three pins I'm getting between 9 and 10 volts but im getting nothing on the map sensor. Also if it helps I tested the fuses 31 under the hood and I'm not getting power to it, but I am getting power to fuse 24 under the dash and I did replace the main relay but that didn't fix anything and I'm not getting spark and the fuel pump is not kicking on to prime.

A spark usually means blown fuse

Bust out the ecu pin out and back prob your powers and grounds. And what did you put in the connector to get sparks?

yeah the service connector can't spark, you jumped something else. if there really are no blown fuses (which i doubt) then you may have damaged the main relay. otherwise try another ecu.

the DLC is two pins brown and black wires...... same area as a three pin connector though. just check all the fuses under the dash also just to be sure. find a wiring diagram and find what you did bridge.
