Default what FPR setting

i just slapped on a B&M fuel pressure regulator and i just needed some input at where my setting should be. my mods include.....

b16a5
4-1 type R headers
iceman cold air intake
head is slightly milled
civic type R intake cam
gsr exhaust cam
2.5" piping
jg cam gears set at 4 degress i think
type r manifold
jg throttle body

my stock pressure was at 29...and i set it to 32 not knowing where it should be. i figure that i need to run a little richer, but i need more opinions. TIA

I have the exact same setup . Your stock fuel pressure for a B16a(any gen) should be 37psi. But my Intake is set to +2 and my exhaust is +1. But I have my fuel around 45 psi @ idle and around 48 psi WOT.

Watching the color of your plugs, will tell you which way to go. Start around where it's mentioned above at, and go from there. Might get some some Anti-Seize, to put on the plugs. That way you don't have to worry about pulling the the threads out of the head, along with the plug when it's hot...

are you checking it with the vacuum line disconnected?

i have an LS, not a VTEC motor, but my stock pressure was 37 - 40 psi if i remember (vac line disconnected).

Yeah, I found 40 psi a good place to start (Vacuum disconnected).

It varies between different applications, just like timing.
