Default what ECU to use? H22

got a stock H22 with dc 4-2-1 header
2 1/4 inch piping
i was told by the preveous owner that the swap came out of a 97 jdm lude

I got the car this way i don't even know what ECU is in it but, the REV limter is hitting 65 or 68 I don't know if it's the ECU or if it's just fucked up?
does anyone know what ecu a 97 prelude came with?

can sombody help?

are you sure you have a h22a in there? sounds like you have a h23a1. also check to see what ecu you have. any CELs.

yes h22a p13 ECU

97-01 preludes use an OBD2a P5M ecu.
6800rpm redline sounds to me like an Auto ecu's redline.
See if you're getting a check light for code 19, if so, you have an Auto ecu.
