Default What ECU is this?

I was told I was buying a Jdm p08 ecu that didnt have a sticker but when I got it I was expecting a square japanese ecu but it clearly looks like a Usdm and it even says "stock P72" on the side. So just to confirm is this a obd1 p72? thanks in advance.

Check out this site:
http://www.pgmfi.org

I have to say that is not an OBDI P72 because it has no knock sensor board.

Look for a P/N label inside of the ECU.

Here are the P08 pictures:

Your ECU started life as an Automatic P28. What is on the chip now is anyone's guess. Do you know anyone with the ability to read the Eprom?

$90 shipped, but I think my last one is sold. You already have a socket in that ECU. I could sell you a chip with true P08 maps with 4 wire o2 sensor enabled for $20 shipped.
