What doI need to do to participate?

I wanted to know how long do I have before I can start using the other forums i.e. (classifieds, Vehicles for sale, etc). I have posted about 15-20 threads and I still don't have access to participate in the other forums.

15 days. Until then forum access is limited and there's a 5 post limit per 24 hours.

It's 20 days now? I coulda sworn it was 15 for me. Then again I can't argue with management
