Do you think i should get my head milled before i do a Ls/vtec? would it be a good or bad idea? and what do they exactly do in this process of shaving the head?

I'd say only if the head is warped, otherwise, if you ever do warp the head there won't be any more material to shave off. Use a thinner gasket to get the same effect.
