i have a b16a and these 2 connections are for coolant and I can't find where they are supposed to be connected to. The heater core is already attached to the thermostat housing For some reason the picture is upside down but it's the 2 on the left.

 

smaller one goes to your throttle body and the larger one is the heater outlet.

 

Do you know where I could get those hoses?

After checking again that diagram doesn't show the 2 connections I need

 

One of them most certainly is in that chart. You are showing a pic of a small hose connection on the "connecting pipe" and that goes to the iacv, just as shown in the image.

If the other one is coming directly out of the block it is most likely for the PCV and has nothing to do with coolant.

 

They are both pouring out coolant. It looks like iacvis already all connected up

if its not connected to the right place it doesnt matter if its connected up.
