What do i require to run my b18c6 in another car....
This is only my 2nd post guys so please forgive if im in the wrong section
As described in my new members post i have managed to squeez my b18c6 engine into my mg zr 160 as a project and im now onto the stage of wiring it in to get it running before i go any further, so my question is
What do i require from the integra to make the engine run in the mg?
i have the engine and gearbox sitting in place with the engine wiring loom attached and all 3 plugs basically in the same position as the honda at the passenger side suspension turret. i have stripped the dashboard loom and ecu from the integra and have began cutting out the stuff i do not require ie air con, abs and airbag. im now at a stage where i dont want to cut out anymore incase its needed. can anyone shed any light on which relays from the dashboard loom i will need to keep? i plan on running the original mg fusebox and splice the wiring into the dash loom from there if this is possible.
can anyone also recommend anything else to do wiring wise for this to work?
The mg has its own stand alone scu (body control module) so this works all the lights, alarm, horn, wipers, washers, central locking and luckily for me (i think) it does not require a feedback signal from the ecu so running a seperate ecu altogether without involving the scu should be possible. iv got plenty mg wiring diagrams but finding one for the integra proves difficult
Can i use the obd2a diagram from an early ek civic to help with this problem?
thanks in advance for any input

We are doing a 76 Toyota Celica GT with a 01 Honda S2000 engine and all we needed was the ECU/ECM, and we have the PGM-FI Main Relay, we are adding an aftermarket fuse box w/wiring, [Painless] for lights and so on and a second small fuse box to replace the S2000 engine bay fuse box.
Other then wiring, [power and grounds] for the ECU/ECM and the PGM-FI Main Relay it is pretty much plug and play, will get you some pix later. 94
