one is bolted up to an auto tranny the other is bolted up to a 5spd tranny. other than that i have never seen or heard of a difference.

I'm interested to know also. I just bought a jdm d15b and when i got it, it had the auto scatter plate bolted to the engine. If there is any difference between the two (auto to manual) let me know!
