What comes with Koni Yellows?

What comes with Koni Yellows?
what comes with koni yellows? i recently purchased used yellows for my 4th gen prelude and was unable to install them due to missing bushings (stock ones are too small)... anyway.. help me complete the list
4 koni yellow struts
8 lock nuts
4 12 mil bushings (stock is 10)...
4 stock top mount (with assorted rubber goodies)
4 bump stops
4 dust boot - apparently not needed with konis
anything else? i know i can get the bushings machined to 12mm, but is there anything else i should use from the stock suspension... if someone could scan the instructions id appreciate it.. cuz i cant find them anywhere on the net... thanks in advance
