What kind of engine do you have? Stock clutch can handle some extra abuse. I make roughly 50 more whp than stock on my setup and the stock clutch has been fine for day to day abuse and occasional misuse.

Well I just recently put in a act 4 puck street disc w/ the extreme pressure plate and that bites real nice and is also good for daily driving. I had a buddy go with the six puck clutch and that was a mistake for daily driving. I paid like $340 shipped..................I would do it again

Exedy organic clutches are pretty good. I've been beating on mines for the last 2 years and it's held pretty good til I got boosted couple months ago. Good bang for the buck

Because as I understand it, Exedy made the clutches for Honda.
I would recommend the ACT HDSS. A little more expensive than the Exedy but very nice. I haven't driven an Integra with an Exedy clutch so I can't compare directly.
Cheers,
Sean

This is true, the cheaper exedy clutch is an OEM replacement and probably a better quality that most other clutches out there. I actually just purchase one. They do have a racing clutch kits as well that you might want to check out.

i got an exedy stage 2 and that **** bites like crazy. if you like to drive when you let off the clutch right away it catches instantly. i've been going to englishtown since july and beating the crap out of my clutch, just dropping the hammer and its been perfect for over half a year now....and going to swap my dx motor for a zc vtec and we'll see how that goes.
exedy is
exedy is
Heh...that was a good question. My boyfriend has an ACT clutch in his car(b16a), and I love that clutch compared to my weak stock z6 clutch. They're a little pricey though, but I think they're worth it.
go with a action clutch 1md mine is awsome it bits like a act stage 4 but the pedal feel is lighter and closer to stock. the only thing is the disk is unsprung so you will get a little chatter on light engagement. will hold 250 lbp of torque as well

have you ever seen a dyno of how much torque (FORCE) nitrous puts to the wheels? even a 50 shot of zex will fry a stock clutch in no time - thats crazy to suggest a stock clutch can hadle nitrous!
