Default What chip should i use?

I have Japanese 98 Type R swap in my 95 GSR but i was forced to use my old P72 OBD1 GSR computer to run the engine. Any recommendations on what chip i should use? I hear Hondata stage 2 is the best, but is it worth it if i dont plan on going turbo? Anyone know about the skunk2 or mugen chips? Also whats the safest rev limit i can set with a stock valvetrain?

get it chipped to ITR specs
dont waste the money on a mugen or spoon or any other ****
if the engine remains somewhat stock internally dont go revving the **** out of it to 9000 because it wont make power and it WILL damage the engine.
