recently i was stupid and hooked up a oil catch from the head valve breather to the can and hooked the other hose to the pcv hole on the intake manifold. and i was driving it for awhile and it started smoking real bad. i then left my car at home and there was oil in all 4 spark plugs. it was somehow loose taking it out too. and its wasent much oil when i was looking at the pistons.

what are other detonations besides the valve cover seals?

 

You are going to have to re-word your whole post. I get that you hooked the breather back into the valve cover, but other than that, I can't make out what the hell you're asking. Do you know what detonation is?

 

basically i hooked a hose from the valve cover breather to the catch can, and the other hose ran to the pcv valve on intake manifold. it revved high and after driving it up the street it started smoking and i pulled the spark wires out and it was oiled up.

i just wanted to know if the valve stem seals could be blown too from ****** up my stupid catch can route
