I thought it was the key cylinder, but i dont know.

just relooked at the pic, sorry it's unclear.

This is under the steering wheel

It is opposite the ignition lock on the other side of the steering column.

yeah. unscrew that black piece with you can turn start the car with a screwdriver

You can bridge a couple of those connections and the car will start too. I did it accidently once installing a turbo timer.
