I used to get the Pirelli P700Z's in that size.
They were $50 each.
They were the best for wet & dry performance under $60.
Treadwear was 140
Unfortunately, Pirelli does not make them anymore
I heard the best ones for under $60 now, are the Kumhoe Extacy's or something

Falken Azenis http://www.tires.com Last time I checked they were around $60 but they might be 205, I am not sure.
