Default What Bearing Clearances to run?

I dropped my crank, rods, pistons, at the machine shop, and my Machinist asked me what Clearances I want to run on my Rod Bearing and Main Bearings,

B18C1 Reving to no higher than 9K, I want Engine life over Power, and please dont just say tighter give me a number, thanks

I go .001" on a street motor with 5w/30 or 10w30 oil. For a race motor I go a little looser, but not more than .002"
