What are the 3 plugs in the back of the block
There are 3 plugs that get screwed to the back of the B18A1 block next to the oil filter. If anyone knows what they do please let me know. I'm sure one of the has to be for the oil pressure. I'm looking for the temp one, My temp gauge doesn't work and my fans don't turn on. Thanks
OK I went and looked at my buddys Integra and since I have a 95 LS head with the wiring mated to a 91 block thats why my plugs dont match up. The plug that makes my fans turn on is connected to where his radiator hose meets the block (by where the Thermostat is) I dont have that on my 91 block and he dosn't seem to have those 3 plugs (that I was talking about earlier) in the back of his block
Now, I also have 2 plugs that are connected to the head underneath the distributor, (those are both pluged in) I spliced the wires from the 2 plugs in the back of the block to this wire that turns my fans on but it doesn't do anything. Does the same plug that turns on the fans work the temp gauge? Any help is apreciated. Thanks

Do you know where they get wired on the wiring harness because i also have another wire by the tranny (above the starter) that turns my fans on but its not pluged in anywhere I ran the two wires together and thats how I keep the fans on but I really want to fix this ASAP. Thanks for your help
I have a plug from the wiring harness thats hangs down above the starter. That's the wire thats turning my fan on. Maybe it needs to be streched to the back of the block?
Does your reverse lights work ? Cause I would think thoughs bullet plugs by the starter would be for them. Anyways if they do then extend them and see if it works. Or take the pins buy the starter and hook them up to a battery and see if it turns out the fan.

Yes my reverse lights do work and I tried running the plug that I'm using to keep my fan with the two plugs from the back of the block but it doesn't do anything. The plug that I'm using on top of the starter is supposed to go on the thermostat housing but since I'm using a 91 block the plug isn't there.
