What is this??

on a 99 gsr manifold, what is the black little unit with two hoses comming out of it?? its RIGHT on top of the intake manifold between number 3 and 4 runner?????

i think that its some sort of vacuum box for the dual runner vtec.

You mean #5? That's the EVAP purge-control solenoid.

IAB stuff (secondaries) is underneath, #6 & 7.
