Were to go for quality work in NJ?

Were to go for quality work in NJ?
Okay, i should be getting a 94' civic ex coupe soon and i want to get some motorwork done and a greddy turbo put on, but i have no clue were i should take it? I've been into Hondas on and off, but when im into them i end up never getting anywork done because anyone i take it to for even just maintenace screws it up!
But VWs thats another story ive got ppl allover that i can bring my VWs to and get incredible work done, and i want that with my honda.
Does anyone out there know of any REALLY GREAT shops i can bring my car to, to get some excellent work done? NJ/PA/DE areas? ...if i've got to pay a little more for quality thats fine, thats what i'm looking for, im tired of everyone thinking that they can do great work when they're just backyard mechanics
