Default Well, im a noob.

I plan on buying my first car and start working on it. I want to make the car "driftable".
I am just asking for recommendations for cheap first cars that I can work on and also what I should do for it.

I have a good car that my friend is trying to sell for $800, its a CRX but I don't know what year, but I have been told from my other friends that CRX isnt a very good drifter car, its more of a powersliding car, should I buy the CRX?

drifting really requires a rwd car a crx is fwd although crx are fun and easy to work on and there are a ton of parts for them it wont work for drifting
