EK has ran flawless for the 500 mile break-in. Now, at 530, everytime I push the clutch in it wants to stall. Almost like it`s adding load to the motor or something. I tried everything I could think of, but nothing helped. Any ideas?

What clutch/flywheel do you have?

I have had this problem before, and when the clutch is pushed in the engine idle takes a little 'dip' then goes back up to idle, kinda wanting to stall...

Loosen the idle screw and see if that fixes the problem. Also, the other cause could be air bubbles in the water system. Just 'burp' the system by taking off the radiator cap while the engine is cold and let the car warm up with the radiator cap off getting out all the air bubbles.
