Default Weird noise when pulling out. Clutch??

Sometimes when I pull out, usually when I am not paying attention to a light and I pull out kinda hard, there is a sound that kinda sounds like very dull tire squeeling, not very high pitched, kinda like nails on a chalk board but not as harsh. I know it isn't the tires breaking free. Any ideas what this could be? Slave cylinder? Throwout bearing?
