OK so my 91 honda accord lx had an issue with the ignition switch. The pins wore out and the key would not turn. I took it to a lock smith and he replaced the removed and replaced the pins and now it works and I can start the car.

However, the steering wheel no longer locks, automatic seatbelts and clock do not work. Are these related?

What's the deal with this?
