weird harmonic sound

weird harmonic sound
So theres this harmonic sound (best way to describe it) that happens for a split second at 3100 rpms and 4100 rpms in every gear. although its much more noticeable in lower gears. BtW this is in my GSR. Any ideas as to what it is?

its comming from the engine bay. Its hard to pinpoint a area. It sounds like a tuning fork when hit against another object.. that initial ting sound. thats the best way to describe it.
