Default Weird Electrical Problem!

I have a 96 Honda Prelude. My horn/brake light FUSE blew and I replaced it. Right as I stepped on the brake, the fuse blows again immediately! I must blown 5 fuses trying to replace it but it keeps happening and I have no horn or brake lights. Anyone know what's going on here??

sounds like a dead short. was has been replaced or changed ? have you checked for water leaks in the trunk area near the back lights. have seen the trunk seals leak and the tail light seals also and getting water in the electrical parts like the brake light sensor.you could start with the process if elimanation i would unplug the brake light sensors and see if the fuse still blows and also unplug the brake light switch on the pedal assy.
does the fuse blown if you honk the horn ? or just when the brake pedal is depressed?

or possibly a bare wire grounding out when you hit the pedal
