Default Weird Dyno run?!

A while ago (March, I think) I had ran my car on the dyno, just get a baseline before a new header and a few other things. During the run the tach needle on the screen was going nuts. The printout i got was weird as well:

I have a few questions

1. Is this a problem with the dyno rpm pickup?

2. Will a bad ignitor cause this?

3. My redline is set at 8500, do you think the dyno stopped reading early?

I would like to get this sorted out before/if I go back to get a better baseline, not that I'm upset about the numbers or anything

Looks like the signal wire had a bad connection, or some one walked up close enough with thier cell phone. We dyno'd my car and some one was on the phone and it interfered with the dyno and it started cutting out just like that and the end result was it saying like 1600 hp..

Anyone else?

I want to make sure I have done everything possible to make sure I get a good reading before I go to get another baseline. I know my ignitor was going out, so I replaced it. Is there anything else that could cause this besides a loose signal wire on the dyno?
