ive been told many weights, i wanna for sure between the two engines,lets say b18 vs. d16

not enough to worry about with the performance gains you would get from the swap, when i did my b18c1 swap me and my friend were able to lift the d16y8 tranny en all ourselfs witht eh b18c1 it took allmost 4 of use, i dunno if this is much of a help but it's not that big of a diffrence

 

over 60 pounds not including the transmission. Probably over 100 pounds everything included. The difference is even greater with VTEC. It DOES make a difference in a light car like a CRX.

ok, cuz i just took out the sohc and put the dohc and the thing is just a different car, very nose heavy in my crx.
